An outstanding new luxury development of 9 houses in the grounds of Haseley Manor features Dreadnought’s dark heather plain clay roof tiles, chosen to match the existing tiles on the historic Grade II listed Manor House and to give an established look to these elegant new build residences. ‘The intention from the outset was to create a timeless design which looked established — a truly special place that could have always been there' comments Michael Lapworth from Lapworth Architects. This project is also shortlisted for the Commercial project category.

Audley Ellerslie Retirement Village - NRA Roofing
6 new residential blocks were built around 3 restored grand Victorian mansions on this dramatic site in the foothills of the Malvern Hills. In order to complement the architecture of the original buildings, architects Gaunt Francis specified authentic traditional building materials, which included Staffordshire red blue blend and Staffordshire blue smooth plain clay roof tiles.

Pangolin House at Graven Hill - Nigel Hayman
Lynn Pratt is one of the pioneering self-builders at Graven Hill, a large self build homes development in Bicester and her project featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs The Street. Designed by Adrian James Architects, Lynn's house is highly contemporary and individual with Staffordshire Blue plain clay roof tiles cladding the exterior of the house from the roof all the way down to the ground.
