Background

New housing and nursing facilities were proposed to be developed alongside Broadoak Manor House to expand the care/nursing home for the elderly.  The housing units are available for purchase together with the care and facilities provided by Broadoak Manor

Challenge

A key requirement was that the self contained units needed to blend in with the existing buildings.

Some of the buildings were tiled with Brown Antique tiles and others (pictured here) with the Nelson blend, a blend of Red tiles and Red/Blue blend.  This had the effect of adding interest and character to the development

Result
